- Create and manage caregiver schedules to ensure full shift coverage
- Quickly fill open shifts due to call-offs, new cases, or schedule changes
- Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility
- Communicate schedule updates clearly and professionally with caregivers and clients
- Monitor attendance, late arrivals, and reliability trends
- Maintain accurate documentation in scheduling and EVV systems
- Collaborate with recruiting and clinical teams to anticipate staffing needs
- Provide on-call scheduling support as assigned
- High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred
- At least one (1) year of scheduling, staffing, or home care experience preferred
- Strong customer service and phone communication skills
- Ability to multitask and make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
- Professional, calm demeanor under pressure
