Starting Pay: $13.00-$17.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience), premium weekend rate

Job Description:

Interim HealthCare in the Mechanicsburg, PA & Harrisburg, PA area is seeking compassionate PCAs to provide personalized care for clients. As part of our team, you will assist clients with their day-to-day needs, from personal hygiene to mobility support, ensuring they live in a comfortable, nurturing environment. You’ll be part of an interdisciplinary team that enhances the quality of life for every client.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Help residents with mobility and positioning, including transfers and exercises
• Assist with household tasks like meal preparation, shopping, and errands
• Provide medication reminders and basic medication administration
• Monitor client conditions and report changes promptly
• Ensure clients’ homes or rooms are clean and organized
  
  
  

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Previous experience in personal care is preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation to client's home
• Positive references and background checks
