Assignment Details:
- Location: Aitkin, Minnesota (approximately 2 hours from Minneapolis and 1.5 hours from Duluth)
- Facility: 25-Bed Critical Access Hospital
- Contract Length: 13 Weeks
- Schedule: Days; 4 x 9-hour shifts (36 hours guaranteed)
- Call Requirement: 1 weekday call per week and every 6th weekend
- Openings: 1
- Start Date: ASAP
- Earn $47-$50/hr

- Provide exceptional perioperative nursing care in a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital
- Circulate a variety of surgical procedures while maintaining a safe and efficient operating room environment
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and the interdisciplinary team to deliver outstanding patient care
- Prepare patients before surgery and monitor patient safety throughout the surgical experience
- Document patient care accurately and communicate changes in patient condition
- Follow physician orders and facility policies while ensuring quality outcomes
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Active Minnesota RN license (or license pending)
- Recent Operating Room nursing experience
- Experience with:
- C-Sections
- da Vinci Robotic Surgery
- Endoscopy Procedures
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical environment
