Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - 3rd Shift - Trach/Vent

Position: Part-Time and Full-Time Available

Starting Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour (Pay determined by experience)

Job Description:

Interim HealthCare of Central PA is seeking a dedicated LPN to provide overnight shift care for an adult that is dependent for all care including tracheostomy and ventilator management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with full personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and oral hygiene
• Medication administration and nutrition via g-tube
• Manage trach and vent care
• Follow the client/patient individualized plan of care
• Notify supervisor of change in condition or status

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in PA
• CPR Certification
• Six months experience in home care or healthcare setting required
• Reliable transportation
• Able to frequently lift, reposition, or transfer client/patients
