Home Health Aide (CNA or HHA)

Location: Northeast Oklahoma City, OK

Job Summary:Interim HealthCare is urgently hiring Home Health Aides (HHA) in Oklahoma City to provide compassionate in-home care for patients. This assignment requires coverage Thursday through Sunday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM, and is open to full-time or part-time caregivers. Full-time employees are eligible for a $500 retention bonus after 6 months of employment. Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care, mobility assistance, and support with daily activities for patients in their homes
• Follow the care plan and complete all scheduled tasks during assigned shifts
• Communicate effectively with the care team and report any changes in patient condition
• Maintain documentation as required
• Deliver compassionate, patient-focused care that meets Interim HealthCare’s high standards
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Current HHA or CNA certification
• Reliable, punctual, and compassionate
• Ability to work independently
• Flexible and available during scheduled shifts (Thursday-Sunday, 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
