- Flexible scheduling that supports work-life balance
- Access to online training and continuing education (CEUs) to support your growth and success
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and companionship
- Support mobility and safety, including ambulation assistance, transfers, and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide medication reminders, observe and document health conditions, and promptly report any concerns
- Create meaningful moments by engaging clients in activities they enjoy—like reading, puzzles, and hobbies tailored to their interests
- High school diploma (or equivalent) and an active California Home Health Aide registration
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Compassionate and dependable with the ability to lift up to 50 lbs
