The Rewards

What You’ll Do

As the face of Interim HealthCare in our community, you will:

  • Build an Ecosystem: Identify and nurture high-value relationships with physicians, hospitals, and assisted living facilities.
  • Strategize: Create and execute account development plans to penetrate new markets and grow existing referral streams.
  • Present with Purpose: Conduct professional presentations to community leaders and healthcare organizations.
  • Collaborate: Partner with our clinical and operational managers to ensure our service delivery matches your sales promises.
  • Track Success: Manage your pipeline and reporting to stay on target for your growth goals.


What You Bring to the Table

  • Experience: At least 2 years of proven sales success (Healthcare or Home Health experience is a major advantage).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent real-world experience).
  • Industry Savvy: A solid understanding of home health standards, payers, and the local referral landscape.
  • Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, a goal-oriented "hunter" mentality, and the ability to manage your own territory independently.
