What You’ll Do:
- Assist residents and patients with daily personal care needs including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
- Support patients with feeding and nutritional intake
- Perform light tasks related to ambulation, repositioning, and safety
- Take vitals, monitor basic health indicators, and report changes in condition
- Work as part of a care team that may include RNs, LPNs, physicians, and other aides
- Observe patients and notify appropriate staff of any care or behavioral concerns
What You Need:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross) and TB
- ALL Required compliance training to work in CBRF facilities including Med Administration
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and support patients safely
- Good communication skills and a dependable, compassionate nature
