We are currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Resident Assistant (RA) for a contract position starting April 17, 2026. This role offers 36 hours per week, working 12-hour shifts on a rotating schedule of Friday, Saturday, Sunday, followed by Monday and Tuesday the next week. Job Duties:
- Provide personal care and support to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility
- Follow each patient's care plan and report any changes in condition
- Work alongside nurses, therapists, and facility staff to provide excellent care
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and dignity in every interaction
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CBRF certifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in a healthcare facility
- CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross)
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
