Responsibilities
- Assuring daily patient care is delivered by staff in compliance with regulations and standards of care.
- Develop and motivate the clinical and paraprofessional staff teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve patient care.
Qualifications
- Three years of home care experience as a Registered Nurse
- Experienced with managing caregivers
- Proven organizational skills
- Computer proficiency including the ability to utilize software programs for creating documents and analyses
