What are the responsibilities and job description for the Hospice CNA position at Interim Health?
As a Hospice CNA you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll support a full range of patient services to bring comfort and dignity to our clients.
Friday-Sunday (24 hours/week)

As a Hospice CNA, you will be:
- Responsible for providing direct patient care and assistance in accordance with plan of care
- Aiding with activities of daily living (i.e., bathing, dressing, oral hygiene, skin care)
- Recognizing and reporting abnormal findings or changes in patient status
- Working as part of an interdisciplinary team that helps establish and carry out their plan of care to provide comfort and dignity throughout their diagnosis
To qualify for a Hospice CNA with us, you will need:
- Certified Nurse Assistant Certification required in Pennsylvania
- Attention to detail; able to carefully follow instructions and document notes regarding a patient's condition
- Reliable Transportation with Proof of Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
