Description
As a Client Relationship Associate, you will play a vital role in helping our clients with their financial needs and ensuring they are fully satisfied with our services. A successful candidate must have exemplary customer service skills, attention to detail, and an unmatched work ethic.
Responsibilities & Activities
· Work with the team to support all operational needs on advisory and planning activities
· Help gather necessary data to prepare client financial plans
· Work directly with clients to answer questions or concerns in a timely, informative, and professional manner
· Become an expert in all aspects of account opening, money movement, account linking, investment strategy implementation and other client service-related duties
· Compile and update necessary documents and organize portfolio reviews
· Onboard new clients and make them feel valued
· Obtain and process all client information and update CRM
· Perform basic administrative and clerical duties as necessary
· Work according to set standards and operating procedures
· Ensure compliance with necessary specifications and regulations
· Collaborate with third party resource partners and custodians
· Seek assistance and report challenges/problems to upper management
Requirements and Qualifications
· 2 years of professional work experience
· Wealth management experience strongly preferred
· Bachelor’s degree (business, finance, or related field preferred)
· Series 65 or equivalent strongly preferred
· Experience working in a client-facing role, proficiency with onboarding of new relationships and ongoing servicing of client relationships a plus
· Strong orientation to technology with ability to learn quickly and work with various platforms available in the independent wealth management space
· Desire to work in a fast paced, entrepreneurial, and results-oriented environment
· Sound organizational skills
· Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
· Comfortable working independently and directly with other team members
· Team player supporting senior advisors’ focus on growth of the business and results for clients
· Adept problem solver with initiative to proactively identify and address potential issues

Compensation and Benefits The salary for this position is $60,000 to $90,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to base pay, we offer the following benefits: health/vision/dental insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and bonuses.
