Responsibilities:
- Develop new business opportunities and generate leads in the assigned market
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through regular communication.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful implementation of solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
Experience:
- Experience in outside sales preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of achieving targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Roofing and construction knowledge is a plus
