Responsibilities
- Inspect and diagnose pest issues in residential and commercial properties
- Perform pest control services according to label instructions and state regulations
- Apply pesticides safely and effectively
- Provide professional customer service and communication with clients
- Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
- Identify opportunities for additional services that benefit the customer
- Attend required training and certification courses
- Occasionally adjust schedule to meet customer needs
Requirements
- Valid California Driver’s License with clean DMV record
- Ability to pass a background check
- Branch 2, Branch 3, QAL, or QAC license preferred
- Experience servicing residential and commercial accounts preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Good communication and customer service skills
