- Lead and enforce maintenance safety, environmental, and compliance programs.
- Oversee preventive and predictive maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Manage maintenance operations, including CMMS/EAM, parts inventory, and performance tracking.
- Lead, develop, and support the maintenance team, including hiring, training, communication, and performance management.
- 3 years in a Maintenance Superintendent or Manager role within an industrial manufacturing environment
- 3 years of experience leading a maintenance crew
- Comfortable using maintenance tracking systems (CMMS/EAM) to manager work and equipment
