- Coordinate transportation capacity to ensure on-time delivery of customer orders and support freight planning activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and transportation providers to resolve shipment issues, delays, and equipment availability challenges.
- Support freight rate management, transportation cost optimization, and sales quoting activities.
- Maintain logistics data and system records, including freight rates, carrier information, customer shipping details, and ERP updates.
- Process freight invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, and help drive continuous improvements in delivery performance and customer service.
- Degree in Logistics, Business Administration or related field is preferred
- Minimum 3 years of freight logistics experience (we welcome candidates with varying levels of relevant experience, compensation will be aligned with the successful candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience)
- Comfortable using TMS, ERP and MS Office
- Strong communicator with a customer-focused approach, able to build effective relationships with internal stakeholders, carriers, and transportation partners
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
