Your Role
This is a multifaceted administrative role that combines office management, contract administration, and support functions across quality assurance (QA) and finance. The person in this role ensures the smooth operation of the office environment, manages commercial contract workflows, and provides hands-on support to QA and finance teams.
Office Manager
- Ensure the office space is maintained clean, functioning as needed
- Liaise with the necessary actors regarding the office functionality (security, electricity, cleaning, stationery, among others)
- Coordinate and organize office activities
- Oversee stock of office supplies
- Greet visitors at office
- Coordinate inbound and outbound office mail
Contract administrator
- Create and maintain commercial agreement templates.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy through cross-functional coordination.
- Own the end-to-end contract lifecycle.
QA support
- Prepare documentation and samples.
- Track sample inventory.
Finance support
- Handle check deposits and payment forwarding.
- Assist with account receivables and tax-related check creation.
Your profile
- Strong administrative and clerical experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Highly organized, multitasker with a positive attitude.
- Excellent communication in Spanish and English.
