Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) to join our finance team. In this role, you will provide analytical support, build financial models, and deliver data-driven insights to drive business growth and operational efficiency across our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Financial Planning and Budgeting:
- Support budgeting and forecasting for clinics and corporate G&A, identifying trends and variances to inform management decisions.
- Assist with capex planning, ensuring optimal allocation of resources.
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop accurate budgets and track performance against targets.
- Prepare consolidated budget and capex reports for senior leadership, highlighting key insights and actionable recommendations.
- Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze monthly corporate G&A expenses and provide actionable insights to improve cost efficiency.
- Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly board of director meetings, and monthly and quarterly business review meetings.
- Lead monthly reviews of operational and financial metrics, updating operations leaders on budget variances by market.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with operations, clinical, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure financial plans align with business objectives.
- Partner closely with accounting to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data across reports and systems.
- Performance Management:
- Develop and monitor performance metrics for all clinics, identifying areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Assist in setting performance targets for each clinic and driving accountability through financial goal setting.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
- Experience:
- 4 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong preference for experience in a multisite or multi-unit environment.
- Proven track record of success in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
- Experience with SQL, VBA, or backgrounds in investment banking, or PE-owned companies is a plus.
- Skills:
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to translate complex financial data for non-financial stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership experience with cross-functional collaboration.
