We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who can provide quality customer service to Cruise passengers. Our experienced teams meet guests before and after their cruise, at airports, hotels and port guiding them along their journey.
Who are we looking for?
- Someone who enjoys working in a diverse fast paced and ever changing environment
- An individual who is passionate about providing a high level of service, is friendly and with an outgoing demeaner
- Knowledgeable and enjoys working with electronic devices and willing to be part of the digitalization process
- Able to read, write and speak in English
- Can walk or stand for long period of times
- Can work day time hours on Monday, Friday, Sunday and Holidays
- Successfully complete a background check
- 18 years of age or older
