Position: CUSTOMER SERVICE- CRUISE CHECK-IN AGENT

Who are we looking for?
- Greeting cruise passengers before and after their cruise at the port and completing their check in process.
- Someone passionate about providing a high-level of service, friendly and with an outgoing demeanor.
- Dynamic & enthusiastic individuals who enjoy working in a diverse fast paced and ever-changing environment.
- Knowledgeable and enjoys working with electronic devices.
- Able to workday shifts- Monday thru Friday and holidays.(A MUST)
- Weekend hours also available
- Able to work both Manhattan & Brooklyn cruise terminals preferred.
- Able to stand or walk for long periods of time.
- Fluent in English.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Pass the Homeland Security background check in order to obtain a Transportation Workers Identification Credential (TWIC).
