What you will have an opportunity to do:
- Perform interior and exterior painting projects throughout the hotel.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, caulking, and priming.
- Repair damaged drywall, including patching holes, taping, mudding, sanding, and finishing.
- Match paint colors and finishes to maintain property standards.
- Complete touch-up painting in guest rooms, public spaces, meeting rooms, and back-of-house areas.
- Maintain painting tools, supplies, and equipment.
- Ensure work areas are protected, clean, and safe during and after projects.
- Perform minor repairs to walls, doors, ceilings, fixtures, and other building components.
- Respond to maintenance requests in guest rooms and public areas.
- Assist with preventative maintenance tasks throughout the property.
- Support departmental projects and renovations as assigned.
- Follow all hotel safety procedures and operational standards.
What are we looking for?
- Previous professional painting experience required.
- Experience with drywall repair and finishing strongly preferred.
- General maintenance, construction, or facilities experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to lift, carry, climb ladders, and perform physical work as required.
