How You’ll Shape The Experience & Future
- Provide welcoming, attentive service that enhances the overall guest experience during banquets and events.
- Dispense alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with all laws and regulations.
- Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and efficient bar area, contributing to seamless event operations.
- Step into a leadership role when assigned, supervising team members and ensuring quality service delivery.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail in drink preparation, order accuracy, and bar cleanliness.
- Commitment to compliance with liquor laws, health standards, and company policies.
- Flexibility to support team needs, perform side duties, and adapt to changing event requirements.
- Leadership capability to guide colleagues in a lead capacity.
- Previous bartending experience preferred.
- Experience in banquet or hospitality environments a plus.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Must have TIPS certification and meet state law age requirements for tending bar.
