Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a CDL A Truck Driver based in Statesville, NC. The CDL A Truck Driver will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently across designated routes, performing pre-and post-trip inspections on vehicles, and maintaining accurate delivery records. The position requires following all traffic laws and company safety policies while ensuring on-time deliveries and excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL A) with a clean driving record
- Experience with safe driving practices and road safety protocols
- Ability to perform vehicle inspections and identify maintenance needs
- Strong time management and organizational skills to ensure timely deliveries
- Good communication skills and professional demeanor
- Ability to comply with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations
- Two years experience in truck driving
