Job Description

As a Behavioral Program Manager at Intercare Therapy, you will be responsible for overseeing clinical programs, supervising Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs), and providing education and training to client caregivers.

• Develop and oversee clinical programs to ensure optimal outcomes for clients.
• Supervise BCBAs and provide feedback to improve their performance.
• Provide education and training to client caregivers to enhance their ability to support clients with autism spectrum disorders.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in a relevant field, experience in ABA therapy, and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
