As an Intercare team member, you will gain firsthand experience working under the Scientist-Practitioner Model, an approach designed to ensure our regular and on-going commitment to evidence-based practices. Unique benefits of working at Intercare include opportunities to participate in major organizational initiatives, including but not limited to:
A Program Manager serves in the field as the onsite case supervisor and leader, mastering daily case management skills, including developing and overseeing clinical programs, supervising BIs and providing education and training for client caregivers. You must be willing to drive 30 to 60 miles a day, and able to supervise client sessions anytime between 8AM and 6PM on weekdays, and occasionally on weekends.

La Jolla, Del Mar, Poway, Santee, and surrounding areas
$500 Sign-On Bonus!
Compensation:$26 - $32 Per Hour
This position may require the candidate be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 in accordance with all vaccination requirements set forth by Intercare funding sources and pursuant to any guidelines from the California Department of Health.

- Strong ABA and clinical skills
