Now Hiring: School-Based Behavior Technicians / ABA Behavior Interventionist for the 2026/2027 School Year

Pay & Schedule
- Compensation starting at $24.00
- Part-time role
- School day hours: 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM availability required
Basic Requirements
High School Diploma Only Below Items Preferred:
- At least one completed college course
- Currently enrolled in college
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license & insurance
- Passion for working with children (experience a plus!)
- Bilingual skills are a bonus
- Physical requirements: Active role including standing, bending, running, and lifting up to 50 lbs while engaging with children
What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with students in a school-based setting using ABA (we train you!)
- Help children build communication, social, and daily living skills
- Be part of a team that loves the climb, showing up each day to support meaningful progress
- Collaborate with families, teachers, and supervisors to support consistent progress
