Your Role & Impact
- Reviewing and auditing workers' compensation medical bills using CPT, ICD-10, and fee schedules with great attention to detail.
- Ensuring billing accuracy and compliance with state-specific guidelines
- Communicating with clients and providers to clarify billing issues
- Assisting with internal/external reports and occasionally provider calls or training
- Serve as a reliable backup reviewer for various clients
- Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks
