Internal Candidates Only: Substitute Summer School Teachers - High School

We are seeking qualified Substitute Teachers to provide instructional support during our 2026 Summer School program. This role requires flexibility, reliability, and a passion for supporting student learning in a condensed, focused academic setting.

Substitute Positions Available In:

· Secondary Social Studies

· Secondary Math

· Secondary English

· Secondary Science

· Physical Education

Qualifications:

· Current, active PA teaching certification in one of the listed subject areas

· Commitment to being available for the full program (July 7–30)

· Familiarity with Edgenuity and Blocksi platforms

· Strong classroom management and student engagement skills

Responsibilities Include:

· Providing instruction and supervision as needed during staff absences

· Actively monitoring and supporting student progress

· Communicating with families at least twice per week

· Working with students one-on-one and in small group settings
