We are looking for a Property Manager for Mobile Home Park who has just the right balance of management and sales skills and a real knack for great customer service.

You will oversee and direct the day-to-day property management operations. You will also have some sales and marketing duties to maximize residential occupancy.

Job Duties
As a Park Manager, you will have responsibility for the operational aspects and the continued profitability of our Mobile Home park community and will serve as the day-to-day point of contact for our residents. Ensuring a positive atmosphere and responsive service to our prospective buyers and tenants alike.

Assists with handling and resolving tenant complaints.
Takes a proactive approach when dealing with tenant concerns as well as maintenance staff
Conducts weekly property walk through and delegates follow up appropriately.
Collaborates with Off-Site Manager to quickly and effectively address issues which would adversely affect the operation of the Park's tenants satisfaction.
Enforces rules and standards.
Ensures compliance with federal, state and local agencies that regulate park operations.
Requirements:
Business, sales and customer service experience
Experience working in the hospitality and/or real estate industry required
Must be available on weekends and holidays
General knowledge of maintenance: sewer systems, electrical
Good negotiating skills
Basic understanding of accounting principles
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Demonstrated leadership abilities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
General knowledge of federal, state, and local laws pertaining to fair housing and employment
Intermediate computer proficiency including email, internet and Microsoft Office Suite
Flexibility to respond to tenants needs during non-business hours
