- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into effective ERP system solutions.
- Design, develop, and implement system architecture for ERP platforms, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Manage data workflows using ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to facilitate accurate data migration and reporting.
- Maintain and optimize database systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, and Microsoft SQL Server to support ERP functionalities.
- Develop and support APIs, RESTful services, and web services to enable efficient communication between ERP modules and external applications.
- Conduct system hardening, vulnerability assessments, and threat intelligence analysis to uphold information security standards.
- Support cloud security measures on platforms like AWS and Azure while managing virtualization environments such as VMware and ESXi.
- Implement continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using tools like Jenkins to ensure smooth updates and system reliability.
- Troubleshoot issues related to operating systems (Windows/Linux), network configurations (DNS, DHCP, VPN), firewalls, load balancing, and system administration tasks.
- Participate in Agile development cycles, contributing to SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle), DevOps practices, and microservices architecture for scalable solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related IT field; advanced certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience with ERP systems architecture and solution design across diverse platforms such as Salesforce or Pegasystems.
- Strong knowledge of service-oriented architecture (SOA), system design principles, and system hardening techniques.
- Hands-on experience with database management systems including MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle PL/SQL, and Microsoft SQL Server.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, C#, C , Ruby on Rails, Bash scripting, and .NET frameworks.
- Expertise in cloud computing environments like AWS or Azure along with virtualization technologies such as VMware or ESXi.
- Solid understanding of computer networking concepts including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, load balancing, and network security protocols.
- Experience working within Agile methodologies using tools like Jenkins for CI/CD pipelines; familiarity with DevOps practices is preferred.
- Knowledge of web services standards including SOAP and RESTful APIs; experience with XML and JSON data formats is essential.
