We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced sales professional to help build the revenue engine behind InterArts Collective.
This is an opportunity for a self-driven sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities from scratch, and closing high-value partnerships.
The Founding Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying qualified prospects, creating sales opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and closing high-ticket deals.
The ideal candidate is not someone who waits for inbound leads. We are looking for a proactive "hunter" who can research markets, build targeted lead lists, conduct outreach, schedule meetings, and convert opportunities into revenue.
This role will directly contribute to the growth and expansion of InterArts Collective.
Responsibilities- Generate targeted prospect lists of potential clients, sponsors, donors, and strategic partners.
- Conduct outbound sales campaigns through email, phone calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, and direct relationship building.
- Identify high-value opportunities with corporations, foundations, universities, museums, luxury brands, cultural institutions, and private clients.
- Sell premium artistic experiences, sponsorship packages, memberships, events, and partnership opportunities.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
- Build and maintain a CRM database of qualified leads and opportunities.
- Schedule and lead discovery calls with potential partners.
- Create persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and partnership decks.
- Negotiate agreements and help close high-ticket transactions.
- Develop repeatable sales systems that can scale as the organization grows.
- Report on sales activity, pipeline growth, conversion rates, and revenue opportunities.
We are seeking a results-driven sales professional who:
- Has experience generating their own leads.
- Is comfortable with cold outreach and outbound prospecting.
- Has successfully closed high-ticket sales or business partnerships.
- Understands consultative selling and relationship-based sales.
- Is confident communicating with executives, business owners, donors, and high-net-worth individuals.
- Is persistent, organized, and motivated by measurable results.
- Thrives in a startup environment where initiative and creativity are valued.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Entrepreneurship, Sales, Arts Administration, Music Business, or related field.
- 3 years of sales, business development, account management, fundraising, sponsorship, or partnership experience preferred.
- Experience selling premium services, luxury experiences, events, technology solutions, or creative services is highly desirable.
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales automation tools.
