Plant Manager- Plastics Packaging Manufacturing
We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of a manufacturing facility specializing in rigid plastic packaging (e.g., blow molding, injection molding). This role drives operational excellence while fostering a strong safety culture and employee development.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall plant safety and OSHA compliance
- Full P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control
- Capacity planning, logistics, and quality oversight
- Equipment reliability, maintenance, and infrastructure
- Lead hiring, training, performance management, and team development
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Strong background in rigid packaging or plastics manufacturing, or food/beverage manufacturing
- Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Solid understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and financial controls

Salary : $150,000 - $190,000
