Plant Manager- Plastics Packaging Manufacturing

We are seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead the safe, efficient, and profitable operation of a manufacturing facility specializing in rigid plastic packaging (e.g., blow molding, injection molding). This role drives operational excellence while fostering a strong safety culture and employee development.

Key Responsibilities

• Overall plant safety and OSHA compliance
• Full P&L ownership, budgeting, and cost control
• Capacity planning, logistics, and quality oversight
• Equipment reliability, maintenance, and infrastructure
• Lead hiring, training, performance management, and team development
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5 years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Strong background in rigid packaging or plastics manufacturing, or food/beverage manufacturing
• Proven leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Solid understanding of plastic manufacturing processes and financial controls
