Job Title: ABA Therapist / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
Location: Based in Linwood & Somers Point, NJ — with cases throughout Atlantic County and surrounding areas
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (based on availability)
Starting Pay Rates: RBT – $23/hour | ABA Therapist (non-certified) – $20/hour

Whether you're supporting toddlers in a clinic, working with school-aged students in local districts, or helping teens and adults thrive at home or in the community — you'll play a vital role in helping individuals build independence, one skill at a time.
Our Linwood/Somers Point location serves a wide range of clients, and we're looking for reliable, energetic, and compassionate team members who are ready to jump in.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
- Deliver direct, 1:1 support using behavior plans tailored to each client
- Teach communication, self-help, and social skills that foster independence
- Use reinforcement, prompting, modeling, and other ABA strategies in real-time
- Track data and document progress using digital tools (like Rethink)
- Work closely with your supervising BCBA and families to stay aligned
- Support safety through proactive behavior management and crisis strategies
- Be flexible to travel locally for in-home, clinic, school, or community sessions
- Evening availability (at least 2 evenings per week) is typically needed
- Opportunities may include school-based placements, based on availability

- Are RBT certified, or ready to become certified with our support
- Have experience with ABA, or a background working with children or adults with developmental differences

- Are calm under pressure, quick on your feet, and ready to problem-solve
- Communicate well with kids, families, and professionals
- Have reliable transportation and are open to travel in the area
- Can commit to at least 2 evenings per week, based on client needs
