BCBA/BCaBA (School Based)

Job Title: Behavior Consultant (BCBA / BCaBA) – School Consultation Team
Location: Based out of Cherry Hill, with placements in school districts across South Jersey
Schedule: Full-Time (Includes 2 evening cases/week)
Pay: $45/hour (BCBA) | $40/hour (BCaBA)

If you’re a confident, experienced BCBA or BCaBA who loves collaborating, problem-solving on the fly, and making school actually work for students with behavioral needs — we want you on our School Consultation Team.

At Interactive Kids, you won’t be stuck behind a desk. You’ll be out in the field, leading behavior strategies in real-time, building relationships with educators, and helping students unlock their potential — one moment, meltdown, or breakthrough at a time.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Conduct FBAs and write data-driven BIPs that actually work in classrooms

• Collaborate with teachers, CSTs, paras, and families across diverse school settings

• Train and coach school staff through modeling, observation, and consult meetings

• Supervise and support RBTs and ABA Therapists on your caseload

• Write clear, actionable consult notes and maintain documentation

• Attend IEP meetings and serve as a behavior expert for your assigned districts

• Work 2 evening cases per week (home, community, or clinic-based)

While our home base is in Cherry Hill, this role takes place in school districts throughout South Jersey — sometimes within a 35–40 minute radius. We offer travel stipends for certain districts and aim to make placements sustainable.
