Job Description
Interactive Government Holdings (IGH) is seeking qualified, trained and capable individual to serve as a Contract Specialist.
The Contract Specialist supports acquisition and contracting activities for Portsmouth Naval Shipyard operations in Kittery, Maine. The position performs pre-award and post-award functions for supplies, services, construction, and other mission-support requirements. The specialist works with requiring activities, technical personnel, legal counsel, financial staff, vendors, and contracting leadership to develop sound acquisition strategies, execute compliant procurements, and administer awards through closeout.
Conduct services on-site at the Contracting and Logistics office spaces primarily located at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard.
