Title: Data Analyst
Description: Manage aspects of grants and programs related to data collection and
evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Design strategy evaluations.
- Collect, organize and analyze data and research to support our work.
- Assist in the design of project and grant plans, including timelines, budgets, and data
needs.
- Maintain our data dashboard and recommend improvements to measure collective
impact.
- Take the lead on grant reporting. (e.g., track data, collect paperwork needed for
reports, submit quarterly reports)
- Put together public health reports. (e.g., community assessments, program updates,
and data summaries into easy-to-read reports.
- Present information to a variety of groups. Assist in sharing our work with the
community through communication, outreach, and engagement efforts
- Spend time in the community gathering real-world information that helps shape
meaningful change.
- Bring knowledge of substance misuse prevention and public health to the team.
- Be flexible and collaborative in a fast-moving environment, working both on-site and
across locations.
- Understand the rural communities we serve.
- Assist with general organizational systems (website, Google Workspace, admin
tasks), and keep records organized.
- Collaborate with team members and follow organizational tools and guidelines to
support smooth operations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, staff, and community
members.
- Stay current with professional development that supports your role.
- Represent the organization when needed and help support staff and partners.
- Other duties as directed by leadership of WCPP

Acceptable Experience and Training:
- Project Specific Skills (youth development/engagement, finances, degrees or
certificates, knowledge of substance prevention)
- Knowledge of public health
- Knowledge of substance use prevention
- Verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Program and evaluation design and implementation
- Computer skills: proficient in use of word processing and spreadsheet software (e.g.
MS Word, MS Excel)
Amount of travel and any other special conditions or requirements: Position will
require some in person work in Southern Windham County (including but not limited to
Townshend, Wilmington, and Brattleboro, VT) and some remote hours.
Hours per day or week: .50 FTE - 20 hours/week - hybrid
Salary Range: $25-$35/hour based on experience
Reports to: Project Director
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
