Equity actors for roles in PHILLY CYCLE - NURSES.
SYNOPSIS: A theatrical exploration of the lives of six nurses working in the world of community-based LGBTQ and reproductive healthcare in Philadelphia, as they navigate the constant demand from patients and the evolving social, political and economic climate.
SEEKING:
NURSE #1 – transmasc (or somewhere on the nonbinary or gender-nonconforming AFAB spectrum) - any age, race, & ethnicity
NURSE #2 – transmasc (or somewhere on the nonbinary or gender-nonconforming AFAB spectrum) - any age, race, & ethnicity
NURSE #3 – ALREADY CAST - cis female, 50s-60s, Caucasian.
NURSE #4 – transfemme (or somewhere on the nonbinary or gender-nonconforming AMAB spectrum) - any age, race, & ethnicity
NURSE #5 – ALREADY CAST - genderqueer (or somewhere on the nonbinary or gender-nonconforming AFAB spectrum) – BIPOC
NURSE #6 – a cis man - any age, race, & ethnicity
PREPARATION
Please prepare one (1) contemporary monologue of no longer than two (2) minutes.
