Job Title: Office Administrator / Event Coordinator
Job Summary
We’re looking for an organized, energetic Office Administrator / Event Coordinator who loves keeping things running smoothly while jumping into the excitement of bringing events to life. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy working with a team, and like every day feeling a little different, you’ll fit right in.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, with weekends as needed. Weekend availability is required for events.
Key Responsibilities
- Keep the office running smoothly with front desk support, phones, filing, and general organization
- Plan, coordinate, and execute events from start to finish (this is a big part of the role!)
- Manage calendars, schedules, and event timelines to keep everything on track
- Work with vendors, manage details, and make sure everything shows up when and where it should
- Maintain office supplies and create a clean, welcoming environment for staff and clients
- Be the friendly, professional first point of contact for calls and visitors
Qualifications
- Event planning experience is a must
- Experience in office administration or event coordination (bonus if you’ve led a team!)
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple things at once
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
- Great communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude
- Experience with office systems and multi-line phones is a plus
Compensation
Pay is based on experience.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
