Your Role as an RBT / Behavior Therapist:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy and implement behavioral interventions
• Collect and report accurate data during sessions
• Collaborate with BCBAs to track learner progress and adjust therapy
• Ensure therapy is goal-focused and productive
• Participate in trainings and special projects to support clinic operations

Who We’re Looking For:

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in human services preferred
• Active RBT certification preferred
• Experience in ABA or related human services field preferred
• Passionate about working with kids and making a difference
• Organized, patient, reliable, and adaptable in a dynamic environment

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
