WHAT YOU WILL DO
As a Summer Intern, you will:
- Work on real business challenges across areas such as:
- Banking Products
- Investments
- Marketplace
- Operations
- Technology
- Participate in a structured development journey, including onboarding, training, and mentorship checkpoints
- Engage in executive talks and connect with leaders across the organization
- Collaborate with peers in a dynamic, international environment
- Develop and present a final business case project to leadership
We're looking for curious minds and driven individuals who are ready to challenge the status quo.
You should:
- Be currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (Sophomore year or above)
- Be pursuing a degree in: Business, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
- Have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn
- Thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- GPA of 3.2 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Previous internship or project experience
- Interest in financial services, tech, or innovation
- This is more than a summer internship.
