Our Services
- Neurosurgical Consultations: Expert evaluations for a wide range of neurological conditions, including disorders of the brain and spine.
- Follow-up Care: Ongoing support to track progress, manage symptoms, and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Patient Education: Resources and guidance to help patients and families better understand their condition, explore treatment options, and practice effective self-care strategies.
Administrative Support
- File Management: Maintain accurate, organized, and compliant medical and office records.
- Supply Oversight: Monitor inventory to ensure essential items are stocked.
- Regulatory Compliance: Stay up to date with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
Qualifications & Skills
- Prior experience in a medical office or front desk role strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic healthcare processes a plus.
- Proficiency with EMR systems (eClinicalWorks and Cerner experience is a plus).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced clinical environment.
- Typing proficiency of at least 60 words per minute.
Schedule & Work Environment
- Full-time: 40 hours per week
- Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday–Friday
- Location: On-site, in person
