About Us
Inter Ocean Seafood is a frozen seafood importing company. We source products from international suppliers and sell to distributors and wholesalers across the US. We're a small, fast-moving team and we're looking for someone to help keep operations running smoothly.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks: scheduling, correspondence, filing, and document organization
- Assist with data entry and record-keeping across inventory and sales systems
- Help prepare invoices, purchase orders, and shipping documents
- Communicate with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners as needed
- Handle general administrative correspondence via email and phone
What We're Looking For
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, import/trade environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with QuickBooks is a plus
- Bilingual in Mandarin is a plus
- Prior experience in logistics, importing, or food distribution is a bonus but not required
- Dependable, proactive, and a clear communicator
Work Location: In person
Salary : $25 - $40
