We are looking for dependable Fabricators to join our clients growing team!

Hours for the Sheet Metal Fabricator are:
Day Shift Hours: Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm
Afternoon/Night Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday from 3:30pm to 2:00am

Starting Rate of pay for the Sheet Metal Fabricator is $19.00 to $21.00 per hour with possibilities of pay increase based upon experience.

Roles and Responsibilities for the Sheet Metal Fabricator Include:

• Successfully operate a variety of equipment, including shear, punch presses, and bending equipment/brake press, to fabricate parts
• Utilizing shop documentation, BOM's, tooling, fixtures, and jigs (as required), selecting the proper material to meet production schedules
• Communicate with production supervisor regarding any non-conformances in shop materials, instructions, or other irregularities
• Perform daily, weekly, and monthly maintenance on machines as required in order to keep machinery functioning properly and to minimize breakdowns
• Keep work area neat and clean
• Follow all safety rules, company policies and procedures

Qualifications and Requirements for the Sheet Metal Fabricator Include:

• 2 - 3 years of welding or metal fabrication experience in similar industries required
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints
• Follow safety guidelines and procedures at all times
• Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the shop
• Experience with hand tools and power tools
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
