Responsibilities for the Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- Load raw materials into machines for processing.
- Inspect products.
- Monitor machine operations during cycle times.
- Remove finished product and transport to warehouse or shipping.
- Collaborate with other departments such as Inventory, Shipping, and Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Minimum Required Qualifications for the Manufacturing Machine Operator:
- High School Diploma or Equivalent.
- Previous production experience preferred.
- Comfortable with learning other manufacturing processes.
- Comfortable working around minerals.
- Ability to move or lift items weighing up to 50 pounds, often repetitively, during a 10 hour shift.
- Must be able to climb and work at heights up to 40 feet.
- Ability to stand for entire shifts
- Willingness to learn and be a part of the team
