We are currently seeking reliable and motivated individual for a General Labor - Production position in a busy manufacturing shop in Hannibal, MO.

Rate of Pay for the General Labor - Production is $17.00 to $18.00 per hour. Actual compensation offered will vary based on factors including applicants' qualifications, experience, education, and comparison with associates in similar roles.

Fulltime Hours for General Labor - Production opening is for 1st shift are Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm.

Essential Functions for the General Labor - Production Include:

• Locate materials and supplies by pulling and verifying materials and supplies listed on production orders
• Grind, sand, and clean steel fabrications
• Supporting machine operators as needed. Loading and unloading items from machines
• Read and understand drawings and work instructions
• Keep track of inventory by following established procedures.
• Follow ISO procedures to ensure compliance with quality management standards
• Keep your work area organized and clean to enhance safety and efficiency
• Use proper lifting techniques to prevent injuries and promote a safety-oriented workplace
• Adapt to changing tasks and willingly take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Maintain inventory by identifying, labeling, and placing materials and supplies in stock
• Requires to be able to lift 75 pounds
• Requires standing for long periods of time
• Requires the use of repetitive motions with fingers, hands and arms while assembling small and large parts

Minimum Required Qualifications for the General Labor - Production Include:

• Previous manufacturing or machine shop experience preferred, but not required
• Experience with power tools preferred
• The ability to accurately read a tape measure
• The ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
• The ability to communicate problems or needs to departmental supervision
• The ability to lift up to 75 pounds
• Must be a person of passion and integrity who has the drive to excel and deliver exceptional results
• Strong work ethic and punctuality
• Understand safety regulations and protocols
• Solid work history is required to be considered
