Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Denver, CO. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily security operations, manage personnel, and ensure effective security protocols are followed. Responsibilities include supervising security staff, coordinating security procedures, maintaining site safety, and collaborating with clients to address security concerns. Additional tasks include writing incident reports, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and responding to emergencies.
Qualifications
- Experience with Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and conflict resolution
- Strong knowledge of Physical Security and Operations Management best practices
- Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to manage client and team interactions
- Ability to respond quickly and effectively to emergencies and incidents
- Relevant certifications or training in security and safety protocols is a plus
- Prior experience in a security or law enforcement role is beneficial
- Valid Denver guard card
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or training is an advantage
