Specific Requirements

• Be a U.S. Citizen and is 21 years of age or older.
• Active or Retired Sworn Law Enforcement with current POST Certification.
• Agency ID Card with CCW Firearms Endorsement (Required).
• Valid BSIS Armed Security License.
• Must have at a minimum three (3) years of experience as a Law Enforcement Officer with arrest authority or three (3) years of
• prisoner handling and detention experience as a Corrections, Detention ,or Military Police Officer.
• Hold a high school diploma or General Equivalency Development (GED) credential.
• Must be physically capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods (8 hours).
• Strong judgment, conflict de-escalation skills, and emotional intelligence.
• Have a honorable or general discharge if a Veteran.

• Observe and respond promptly to emergencies or suspicious activity.
• Monitor, patrol, and safeguard assets, patrons, and facilities.
• Escort employees to and from their vehicles if requested.
• Assist with line control and hazard awareness as needed.
• Stay alert and maintain constant awareness of your surroundings.
• Report concerns or incidents clearly and promptly to Store Leadership.
• Maintain detailed and accurate reports and records when required.
