In This Role, ODOs Must Be
As an ODO, you will play a vital role in maintaining public safety and upholding the law. You will be responsible for enforcing laws, preventing crime, responding to emergencies, conducting investigations, and ensuring the overall well-being of the community. This position requires individuals who are dedicated, physically fit, mentally resilient, and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

In This Role, ODOs Must Be
- Responsible for the life safety and physical security of assigned client
- Flexible and possess the ability to function in stressful situations
- Able to work independently and provide exceptional customer service to our clients
- Able to create a safe and friendly setting for patrons and clients in a professional manner as well as safeguarding client assets
- Able to observe unusual activity and respond immediately and safely to emergency situations on-site
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred
- Retired Law Enforcement with Peace Officer Standards & Training (POST) Certification.
- Minimum 10 year’s related safety/law enforcement experience
- Valid State Armed Security License and any additional certifications or licenses
- Ability to physically stand for a minimum of 8 hours
