Concierge Security Officer

Inter-Con Security Systems is hiring a Full-Time Concierge Security Officer in Oklahoma City, OK.

We are seeking a dependable, professional individual who can provide excellent customer service while maintaining a safe and secure environment. This position combines front-entrance security, access control, property monitoring, and visitor assistance.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Security Guard Registration Card
• Valid Driver's License
• High School Diploma or GED
• U.S. citizenship, as specified in the position requirements
• Ability to provide documentation establishing eligibility to work in the United States
• Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain certification
• Ability to communicate professionally with visitors, employees, and security personnel
• Ability to follow established security procedures and post orders

Preferred: Previous customer service experience.

Job Responsibilities

As a Concierge Security Officer, you will:

• Manage the front entrance and monitor access to the property
• Greet visitors and provide professional, approachable customer service
• Verify authorized access and assist visitors as needed
• Conduct hourly foot patrols and monitor assigned areas
• Use iPads, tablets, CCTV surveillance systems, and Microsoft Office applications
• Identify and report suspicious activity or security concerns
• Respond appropriately to incidents and emergencies
• Complete accurate activity logs and incident reports
• Follow established security procedures to protect people and property

Grooming & Appearance Standards

• No facial piercings or visible tattoos
• Hair must be a natural color
• Arm tattoos must be covered
