- Summary:** Responsible for daily Materials operations; including
and expedites the flow of material to Production and Engineering Jobs.
Works with Engineering, Production, Depot, Test, Logistics, and
Materials personnel. Performs manual and clerical duties to aid in
meeting Production delivery schedules. Enters transactions into EPR
system. Secret security clearance may be required.
Responsibilities/Skills
- Provides task related guidance and direction to other members of the
- Transact incoming material onto Jobs or Stock, print receiving
- Transact Job to Job, and Job to Stock material from Production,
- Review various ERP dashboards to identify problems prior to

- Assemble Job kits for Production, Engineering, and Depot.
- Keep parts cage maintained in a clean, orderly, and secure manner.
- Maintain inventory accuracy, and perform inventory audits to confirm
- Maintain high level of inventory security to prevent undocumented
- Maintain hardcopy and electronics files and records related to Jobs,
- Assist other departmental personnel with part availability
- Prioritize transactions and distribution of material to support
- Provide back up for Shipping/Receiving operation.
